Privacy

Studio inquiry privacy notice.

Aivelle Studio collects only the information needed to review project inquiries, estimate scope, and reply to potential clients.

Information we collect

Contact submissions may include your name, email, company or team, project type, project description, budget range, desired timing, optional reference links, and operational metadata used for spam and abuse protection. The API stores a hashed IP value when configured, not the raw IP address.

How we use it

We use inquiry data to understand project fit, prepare a practical reply, coordinate discovery, and improve the Studio intake workflow. Do not send passwords, API keys, private source code, production data, or customer secrets through the public contact form.

Live studio and chat

Public live streams are limited to non-confidential Studio work. If an external chat widget is enabled, that provider may process basic visitor and conversation metadata according to its own service terms. Project-specific private work stays out of the public stream unless explicitly approved.

Retention

Studio inquiry data is retained for sales follow-up, project scoping, and basic abuse prevention. We keep it only as long as it is useful for those purposes or required for operational records.

Deletion and follow-up
